High-Temperature Composite Paper Sprue Pipe for Casting (Paper Sprue / Paper Gate)

This product is a high-temperature resistant paper gating pipe (paper gating) specifically designed for casting. 

It is made by pressing modified wood pulp fiber with high-temperature resistant inorganic refractory fillers and 

low-gas-emission binders.

The product features high-temperature resistance, low gas emission, erosion resistance, and high-temperature 

self-collapse properties. It is suitable for various sand casting processes, including cast iron, ductile iron, cast steel, 

and alloy steel. It can replace traditional ceramic gating systems and brush-coated sand gating systems, effectively

 reducing casting defects such as porosity, inclusions, and sand holes. It is compatible with automated molding and

 used sand recycling production lines.
