A Vietnamese customer has ordered a complete green sand/wet sand casting production line for producing high-quality cast iron. Green sand (wet sand) casting production lines are automated casting equipment based on wet molding sand (composed of raw sand, bentonite, water, and a small amount of additives) as the molding material. They are characterized by low cost, simple process, and strong adaptability. They are widely used in the batch production of small and medium-sized parts of cast iron and non-ferrous metals and are the most popular and cost-effective type of production line in the casting industry.
It can be used to produce castings such as: automotive parts, agricultural machinery parts, valves and pipe fittings, and small parts for construction machinery.
