Core Attributes: 

Three-dimensional mesh porous ceramic material with a porosity of 77%-90%, adjustable pore size, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Main Materials and Applications:

Silicon Carbide: Temperature resistance up to 1560℃, suitable for copper alloys and cast iron castings.

Zirconium Oxide: Temperature resistance > 1760℃, suitable for steel casting filtration.

Working Principle: 

Molten metal flows through tortuous channels, intercepting impurities larger than 20μm. A filter cake forms on the surface, adsorbing microscopic inclusions and simultaneously converting the molten metal flow from turbulent to laminar.

Core Advantages:

 Improves the surface finish and mechanical properties of castings; reduces scrap rate; simplifies casting processes and reduces subsequent processing costs.

Main Uses: 

Mainly used in aluminum, copper, iron, and steel castings; also used as a catalyst carrier for exhaust gas purification and as a chemical filler.
